Prof. Hermann Bühlbecker has received the 2022 edition of the European Candy Kettle Award. The Owner of the Lambertz Group in Aachen/Germany was more than proud and happy to become a member of the Hall of Fame of the suppliers club of European sweets and confectionery industry.
The Award was presented by Leo Tanis president of the Club and the vize president Thomas Bischof at gala dinner in the Stadtpalais Aachen. As one of the most famous personalities in the worldwide sweets and confectionery industry Prof. Hermann Bühlbecker is outstandingly well known for his unique marketing skills.
Founded in 1688 the premium Printen producer become famous for their seasonal products. Prof. Hermann Bühlbecker started his career at Lambertz in 1978 at the age of 27. Bühlbecker built a huge company by improving the product portfolio – buying additional companies like Kinkartz, Weiss, Haeberlein-Metzger and Dr. Quendt over the years.
Today the Lambertz Group is producing at seven different factories – two of them in Poland and exports their products in over 40 countries.
The European Candy Kettle Club is more than proud to celebrate the Award with Prof. Bühlbecker and his guests in Aachen.
The next event is already up and coming. Due to the Corona pandemic the 2021 event in Hamburg wasn´t able to happen. Therefore we will award Oliver Schindler, owner of Sweet Tec in November in Hamburg/Germany.
