Mads Hedstrøm, born in 1965, Partner & President Sales CSO at Aasted ApS. Having made a career with first A. E. Nielsen Maskinfabrik, where he started as welder in 1980 and worked his way up, first being vice president in 1990 and since president in 2005, and now partner and president sales, cso with Aasted ApS. Mads Hedstrøm knows all the finer points in the manufacturing of chocolate machinery and also industrial chocolate production.

Aasted ApS is manufacturer of chocolate, confectionery and bakery solutions. The company’s product program includes chocolate tempering machines, moulding lines from 100 kg per hour up to 10 tons per hour, as well as extruders, roller lines, belt depositing lines, enrobers and cooling tunnels, tempering equipment and auxiliary equipment, and last but not least the Frozen Cone Chocolate Shell-Making System.
