Laure Burrus is a board member of Omnia Holding SA, a Swiss-based company with activities ranging from raw material production—such as cocoa in Ecuador and hazelnuts in the southwest of France—for the confectionery and chocolate industries.

Omnia Holding also owns subsidiaries involved in chocolate-making, candied fruits production, and tea sourcing and packaging, promoting a sustainable and integrated vertical business model.

Born in 1984 in Lausanne, Switzerland, Laure studied at Sciences Po Bordeaux and pursued a degree in business law. She holds the French Bar qualification (CAPA) and earned a PhD in business law from the University of Basel. After gaining experience in economic journalism and legal practice, she joined Omnia Holding in 2022.

Laure is also committed to social impact work and serves on the board of Apprentis d’Auteuil International in Geneva, a foundation dedicated to supporting the education of disadvantaged children.

She is the mother of two children and enjoys skiing and playing tennis whenever she finds the time.
