Heiko Kühn, born in 1965 is a food technologist specializing in the confectionery and sugar industry with more than three decades of international experience in machinery, processing technologies, and industrial production systems. Based in Hannover, Germany, he has held various leadership positions in sales, management, and strategic development within the sector.

He began his career at BMA, where he worked from 1993 to 2000 as Regional Sales Manager for machinery and plant solutions for the sugar industry. In 2000, he joined Kloeckner Hänsel Processing GmbH as Sales Director, contributing to the company’s international market development.

Since 2005, Heiko Kühn has served as General Manager of Hänsel Processing GmbH and became Managing Partner in 2010, leading the company’s growth and global positioning in confectionery processing technologies.

Since November 2025, he has taken on the role of Strategy and Business Development Director at Proform GmbH, focusing on strategic expansion and new business opportunities within the food processing sector.
