Daniele Ponzinibbi is the CEO of ACMA, a leading manufacturer of packaging solutions for the consumer goods market, with deep expertise in the confectionery industry. As part of the COESIA Group, ACMA combines innovation and tradition to serve some of the world’s most iconic sweets and chocolate brands.

With a career rooted in the machinery and packaging sector, Daniele has held key leadership roles focused on delivering advanced, reliable, and sustainable packaging technologies. Prior to joining ACMA, he served as CEO of FLSmidth Ventomatic, further strengthening his expertise in industrial automation and packaging systems.

Daniele holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and is an alumnus of several prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School, ESADE Business School, Bocconi School of Management, and Lund University.

A passionate advocate for innovation and excellence in the confectionery supply chain, Daniele is honored to be part of the European Candy Kettle Club—a community that celebrates craftsmanship, collaboration, and the enduring joy of sweets.
