Cesare Catelli, born in Como in 1974, started to work in the family company created by his father Pompeo in 1960.

Specialized in drying room for confectionery business, joined officially the company in 1999 after his degree in Biology at the Insubria University and started to develop the business on the export and expanding the market also in curing chambers for lead acid batteries production.

Driven by constant innovation, the company Pinco was created in 2014 in Switzerland to support the growth on the market and the new products.

Passionate about car racing sports and running marathon and trail, he is a proud supporter of Como football club.
