Valia Varnitzky, born in 1968, is commercial Director of Nexira Food Division.

“I have 20 years relevant sales & marketing experience in the Food Industry. Confectionery has always been important to me and I have enjoyed promoting ingredients and additives such as milk and whey powders, natural colors, acacia gum and natural botanical actives.

Today, confectionery is a key application sector for Nexira. Our products are widely used as pan-coaters for chewing gums and chocolate candies and also as healthy texturizers for gum pastilles, chewy confectionery etc.
