Markus Rustler, born in 1978, is President and CEO of Theegarten-Pactec GmbH & Co. KG. He joined the family company in 2006 and took over his today’s position from his father in 2008. After graduating in Business Administration in England, he worked in the finance industry, before getting involved in the confectionary machinery industry. Besides being a member of the European Candy Kettle Club, Markus is also member of the VDMA board as well as member of the interpack board.

Markus is an expert when it comes to wrapping solutions for small size items at high speeds. Theegarten-Pactec specializes in the design and construction of packaging machines for small-pieced confectionery items. The company combines more than 20 different types of packaging with a broad performance spectrum. Over and above individual machines, the company offers complete packaging lines as a turnkey partner. The following products can be packed or wrapped: hard candies, toffees, chewy sweets, chewing gums, chocolate products, as well as other food and non-food products. Theegarten-Pactec has its headquarters in Dresden, Germany. It has representatives in more than 100 countries around the world. The export share is about 90 per cent.
